📦 Return & Exchange Eligibility
We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or requirements. That’s why we offer a straightforward return and exchange process under the following conditions:

Return Request Window: Within 14 days from the date of product delivery.

Exchange Window: Up to 30 days for eligible products.

Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened software, used earphones/headphones, batteries, and items with visible wear and tear are non-returnable.

Customized or special-order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
🔁 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange:

Log in to your Skyloop account and go to the "My Orders" section.

Select the item you wish to return and fill out the return request form.

Choose whether you'd like a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Once approved, our courier partner will arrange a pickup from your address.

Alternatively, you can self-ship your item to:

Products should not show signs of use, damage, or tampering.

Include original invoice, packaging, and all product materials.

You must provide a photo or video proof in case of damaged items.

Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect orders.

For buyer’s remorse or change of mind, return shipping may be deducted from the refund.
💳 Refund Policy
Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Processing Time: 7–10 business days after item receipt.

Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited directly to your card or bank.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will contact you for refund details.
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, broken, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@skyloop.co.uk with pictures/videos of the issue. We'll arrange a free pickup and offer a replacement or refund.
